Hi!
I’m Kat Tse, Founder and Editor-in-chief of Terms and Conditions Magazine, lifestyle speaker and a 22-year-old who is taking each day at a time while still figuring out her life.
Last month, I had the honour to receive 1st place in Power Global Change and 2nd place Undergraduate Category Awards from Northeastern’s Women Who Empower Innovator awards at the 10 year anniversary summit and awards ceremony that took place in Boston.
Terms and Conditions Magazine and the community we are building is such a meaningful part of my life now and it truly stems from my passion and love in hopes of creating a better world.
The magazine aside, I also help out with the company FILM AWARDS TV with journalism at several film festivals including the British Film Festival, Boston Film Festival and Asia Film Festivals. I have learned so much about creative direction from these festivals and am eternally grateful for these experiences.
If there is one thing I could say about being an entrepreneur, it is that it’s not an easy path. There will be days where you’d want to give up, and there are sacrifices you would have to make but once I saw the magazine come to life and the launch parties that we hosted, it was all worth it - big credits to my team for this.
Lastly, in Hong Kong, you can most likely find me in Central running from meeting to meeting or heading to networking events. I also love snowboarding, dressing up, and doing everything in fashion. I’m that girl who will buy all the magazine issues and create cutout collages for inspiration!

Jon Ayden
Time Management with Jon Ayden
Hi I’m Jon-Ayden, I sell drugs during the week (pharma sales) and deal with events and bookings at a rooftop resto/bar/club AOAO on the weekends. I graduated from HKU with a Biomedical science major and I’ve been tutoring IB + IGCSE since I started my undergraduate degree. I’m also a part-time model but the irony is that I’m not the most comfortable in front of a camera. You can check out my Louis Vuitton and Haper’s Bazaar shoot below. When I’m not busy drowning in work you’ll find me photosynthesising (I love travelling and the beach) or stuffing my face.

Ella Mabon
UK to HK — Ella's new chapter!
Hey everyone I’m Ella, I’m 22 and new(ish) to HK :) I was born and raised in the UK but originally I’m half HK Chinese and half English! I studied my degree in Durham Uni and was lucky enough to do a year-long exchange at HKU where my love for HK truly began. After finishing off my degree and graduating this July, I decided to move back to HK permanently to start a life away from home on a new adventure.
Right now, I’m on a business Management Trainee programme where I get to rotate around business functions and cities across Asia for the next few years! My current rotation is in aviation, which I’m absolutely loving and learning lots about the insides of planes and how airlines operate!
When I’m not working, my passion is travelling and exploring the world! I’ve visited 51 countries so far, and hope to hit 60 before I am 25 (fingers crossed!). I love it because it teaches me about different cultures and reminds me of how much beauty there is in the world. I also love trying different cuisines of food! So far my fave spots have been in St. Lucia, Budapest, Croatia, Seychelles, and ofc HK :) If you have any travel recommendations please lmk - currently planning trips for 2025!

Event Recap 🎞️
Boozy Bubble Tea, and Brew & Beats
We had an amazing time at our Boozy Bubble Tea Cocktail Event on November 22nd at Potion House! Members experimented with signature bubble tea cocktail recipes, crafting their own unique creations. Conversations were flying, and everyone was so engaged that there was barely time for pictures! After mixing, everyone stuck around to mingle, enjoy delicious drinks, while making great connections.

Then, on November 30th, we hosted Hong Kong's first-ever Breakfast DJ Set inspired by AM.Radio in LA, and it was a blast! 🎉 Despite the early hour, we sang, danced, and forged many new connections.
